This training program is for students 12 years and older. Adults are welcome in these classes. After the free trial class of 45 minutes you will have a choice of part time (once a week) or full  membership(twice a week). Class structure :

  • running warm up routines
  • dynamic stretching
  • learning a short fighting for of 3 or 4 combinations
  • karate kata - more complex moves of blocks, punches and kicks
  • pair work- self defence, pad work and sparring routines(higher grades)
  • core fitness strength exercises
  • jumping kicks
  • static stretching and cool down
