fighting form, kata, soft sword sparring and light contact points sparring -no heavy contact allowed !
All competitors get medals, a gold, silver or bronze

2025 KARATE TRAINING CAMP
Help as usual at Beaumontleys school using the large sports hall and if good weather the outside grassed area.
The cost for the weekend is £79 or £50 for one of the days. A £10 deposite secures a space as we have lots of students from clubs around Leicester.
